Actually I think this is pretty important. This is one of the many reasons I fucking adore Emma Watson, she’s a role model and she knows how to not only act like one but she also made the choice not to do something she clearly found degrading even at the cost of money/her reputation/being made fun of by a bunch of misogynists who aren’t actually all that funny and I 100% respect her for it.

i know trigger warnings can sometimes seem overzealous and ridiculous to people who are not triggered by stuff but please realize when you make fun of trigger warnings you’re making fun of someone who experienced some sort of traumatic event and just wants to feel safe
